The Fission Tres is comprised of three truncated, basin-like ellipses separating from each other, loosely after the way one cells divide during the process of mitosis. Designed as a modern centerpiece, this coffee table brings a warm, organic touch to any modern space. The piece features 64 sections of CNC fabricated Baltic Birch Plywood and 3 oval shaped glass inserts which sit inset in the top of the table.
The Fission Tres side table is also available in a smaller, ‘2 cell’ format called the Fission Duo. The Fission Table is finished with a commercial grade satin interior finish and is available in many different colors - both stained wood and solid paints.
