Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why aren't all pieces available for sale?
   - All pieces are for sale.  Some of our pieces that are either more custom or involve more options may require a conversation with us to take place before the sale can be finalized. When a 'buy now' button is not listed for an item, please reach out to us directly, and we will happily help to make sure the piece best suits your needs.
    

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
   - For items listed on & linked to Etsy, we use their internal system to process payments.  For payments outside of Etsy, we are happy to accept checks, paypal, or other methods.
    

3. What specification material do you offer for your pieces?
   - For each piece, spec. sheets are available for download on their respective pages.  For other specs/certifications relating to materials used such as Baltic Birch Plywood, we are happy to provide needed documentation upon request.
   
   

4. Do you sell your design CAD files?
   - Our files are not for sale; only finished products themselves can be purchased. However, if you would like to commission us to work with you on a custom design file for your own uses, we can do so; please reach out to us if this is your intent.
